He/she will manage the fulfillment of requirements related to data installation and servicing, and plant network repair and maintenance for North Luzon. Regional Finance Officer for Mindanao	DAVAO	The Regional Finance Officer is responsible for the periodic review and audit of financial operations (actual vs budget) and for preparing necessary analyses and justifications on budget variances. S/he ensures accuracy of the systems' Financial Statements. S/he reviews and fulfills schedules/report requirements by management, government, agencies and auditors; reviews journal vouchers; monitors release of cash funds; and assists Manager in ensuring compliance to standards and internal controls. He/she ensures that the solution architecture aligns with the established roadmaps and adheres to the enterprise architecture principles. Reporting & Business Intelligence Manager	METRO MANILA	The Reports and Business Intelligence Manager will design, develop, implement and maintain the organization’s reporting and business intelligence infrastructure, systems and tools. Will prepare architecture for the data and design solutions as per the requirements, aligned with overall business and IT strategy. Business Analyst	METRO MANILA	The IT Business / Systems Analyst processes new business requirements and understands needed changes on IT systems based on business requirements, and assesses the impact of those changes to the affected systems. He/she is mainly responsible for the design and maintenance of software systems, and is expected to perform systems analysis and design, user acceptance testing, software documentation, end-user training, and technical and operational support. He/she conducts information gathering and documentation of the high level business process of a business unit with relation to IT projects, and defines and communicates technical requirements of the business unit for endorsement to the appropriate IT delivery team. Network Operations Center Associate	METRO MANILA	Monitors, manages and maintains the SKY NOC monitoring system and available tools/equipment. Responds to monitoring alerts, performs initial summary and escalates issues to concerned groups. Handles and escalates plant trouble tickets. Works on fault tickets effectively and efficiently, working with Engineers to resolve service issues. Identifies root cause to resolve network and drop issues affecting service quality and reliability. Proactively monitors and identifies network issues originating from RF network, IP core, in-house network or system errors. Analyzes network performance data through trend analysis and reports. Updates and logs all network events. Performs all other related activities. IP Core Network Administrator	METRO MANILA	The IP Core Network Administrator will be responsible for capacity planning, design, expansion and implementation of IP Core network to support Sky’s Internet and Video business. S/he will research, evaluate, test, and deploy all network hardware upgrades to the IP core infrastructure. S/he will analyze security risks and develop response procedures including testing and deployment software, tools, firewalls and intrusion detection systems. IP Access Administrator	METRO MANILA	The IP Access Administrator will manage the Access Network Team's project prioritization and resource allocation to ensure that all project deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner. S/he will develop Access Network infrastructure installation procedures to ensure successful integration of systems hardware/software. Will lead the Access Network section in Business Contingency Planning, identify potential IP Core Interruptions, collaborate with Business continuity team in developing safeguards against interruptions, and implement recovery procedures in the event of a business interruption. NETWORK & PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS MANAGER	METRO MANILA	The Network Performance and Analytics Manager shall be responsible in providing End to End Performance Analysis (Network and Premise) and seamless implementation in coordination with each stakeholders. The analysis aims to create process improvement (ie: Truck roll efficiency, Repeat Fault, Recurring Network Issues, Vendor Performance etc.) initiatives and alignment/revision of current operational policies to enhance customer experience. Technical Training Manager	METRO MANILA	The Technical Training Manager will participate in the successful implementation of the Development and Training Plan.
